How does the downloading of the meditations work?

It's really easy.

Once your purchase is complete you will be given a web page which will contain your download. Once downloaded, you may find a media player will open and begin to play the file. We recommend that you pause playback and let the file load to your computer completely.
When the file is complete, save the "source file" to your computer's hard drive.
Once saved to your computer you can use your media player (anything that supports MP3 files - iTunes, QuickTime, Windows Media Player) to play your file whenever you want.

When you purchase a writing meditation exercise, you will also get an email message that includes a special URL, or Web address, that you can click on or paste into any browser. Visting that URL will allow you to quickly download your meditation. You'll have 48 hours to download your meditation, and then the URL will no longer work. Once you visit the page, there will be instructions on how to download the meditation.

What if my download is interrupted somehow, like if my power goes out?

No problem. Your special access URL is good for 48 hours. You can always download it again. And if the URL is expired, just click on the support button, and send us an email. We'll re-authorize you for a new download.
